古き良き遊びの「缶蹴り」。
子供のころに一度は遊んだのではないでしょうか。
ところで、海外の友達や留学生と「缶蹴り」を一緒に遊ぼうとしたけど、説明の仕方がわからないってことありませんか？

基本ルールを説明する例文
This game “Kick the can” is quite similar to the game called “Kick the block or guard the block”.
この缶蹴りゲームは”ブロック蹴り守り”という名のゲーム内容に似ています。

The one who was found by the tagger need to stay at the location near the can, waiting for others to come rescue.
見つかった人は缶の近くに待機し、助けを待ちます。
The tagger goes to look for other players who are hiding, and do the same.
鬼はまた新たに他の隠れている人を探し、同じ事を繰り返します。
While the tagger goes to look for other players who are hiding, tagger must keep the can not to fall down (need to stand still).
鬼が隠れている人を探している間、誰にも缶を倒されないようにしなくてはなりません。
勝敗条件を説明する例文
If the tagger found out all of the rest of players, the first person who was found by the tagger will be the designated new tagger from next round.
鬼が全員見つけることができたら鬼は最初に見つかった人と交換となります。
However if someone who is not found by the tagger successfully kicked the can, this game will be start over.
ただし、まだ鬼に見つけられていない人が缶を蹴ったらまた最初からやり直すことになります。
Said the person who was found by the tagger here, means those whom are not called out by the tagger even though tagger might visually seen that person.
ここでいう「見つかっていない人」は鬼にビジュアル的に見つかっていたとしても、鬼に名前を呼ばれていない人になります。
Before the tagger finished calling out “I found out XXXX”, other players have still have time or chance to kick the can.
鬼は缶を抑え、名前を呼ばなければならないので、この間缶を蹴りに行ける時間と機会があることになります。
This game keeps going until tagger find out all the rest of players or until getting tired of playing.
鬼が全員見つけるまで、もしくは参加者全員があきるまで同じゲームが続くことになります。

隠れるエリアについての補足
The area where players can hide, will be decided by the tagger or by the all the players.
隠れる事が出来るエリアは鬼が決めるか、参加者全員で決めます。
缶が蹴られた後の補足
Tagger may or may not need to count designated numbers after can is kicked and tagger brings back can into the circle.
缶が蹴られて鬼が缶を円の中に持って行った後、鬼が決められた数を数える事もあれば、数えなくて良い事もあります。
先述についての補足
There are some tactics such as several players runs together and see if one of them can kick the can.
3～5人で一斉に走って行き誰か1人が缶を倒す等といった戦術があります。
Since the tagger need to call out several players name at once, it takes time.
鬼は一度に何人もの名前を言わなければならなくなる為、時間がかかってしまいます。
However if the player who has just called the name accidently kicked the can, then that player will be designated to the new tagger from the next round.
しかし、注意として鬼に名前を言わた人が誤って缶を蹴ると代わりにその人が鬼になってしまいます。
